Your guide will meet you a your hotel in Kathmandu in the morning. You will drive from Kathmandu to Nagarkot through mountain highway – 38 Kilometers. Explore around Nagarkot area visiting the view tower. Nagarkot view tower is located at highest point offering excellent view of central Himalayan ranges. Nagarkot is popular hill station located close to Kathmandu and known for the longest stretch view of the Himalayan ranges in Nepal.
After spending some time at tower area, you will start your walk along with the guide to reach to Chagunarayan. You will walk through the trekking route carved inside forest area. The trail will be downhill and by passing typical settlements. This treks offers excellent combination of mountain view with village life. Reach to Chagunarayan after 5 hours walk. Chagunarayan is small Newari settlement and the Chagunarayan temple is listed in UNESCO heritage Site. Visit the local area and board your vehicle to drive back to Kathmandu.
